This was one of my first thoughts, but only because of the first movie.

Everything after that was horrible. I'm not typically a fan of cop/bad guy movies, but that flick was so well done, it's a classic.

Yet another Richard Donner mantle showcase.

Barney Miller is an underrated show. Even though it's a comedy it does show how different personalities work in the same office - the smart arse one, the old one ready to retire, the lazy one, the naïve one, the one who believes the others are beneath him, and the others who came in and out of the office over the years.
