Which actor that has played a "tough guy" or "badass" role is the least believable IYO?

I had a really hard time believing that Matt Damon convinced 12 other people to go on an almost certain suicide with him in Interstellar.

I always laughed when E from Entourage would act like a hardass.

Joe Pesci in "My Cousin Vinny" when he threatened the hick who was younger and a foot taller, and doubly so when the little Yankee wuss jumped up to punch him in the face.

Pesci may be the most intimidating actor from the 90s. He's a guy I clearly wouldn't want to cross IRL.

Literally the first thing I thought of, even if it's not not right for this board. His whole career and personality is an act, so it kind of fits.

Pierce Brosnan and Leo Dicaprio and both pretty guys with the bone structure and physicality of adolescent men. I have never believed a scene where Leo beats up a Tom Hardy or Brosnin takes out a physically imposing opponent.

Speaking of Tom Hardy, that scene from lawless where he punched that dude in the throat with brass knuckles was great. He's always got the best dialogue in any movie/show.

Will Patton in The Postman.

Unless he was supposed to kind of be a weakling that had power like Joaquin Phoenix in Gladiator.

I'll probably catch hell for it, but I also have to go with Klaus Kinski in Aguirre, the Wrath of God.

Yes, he's a deranged mad man, but it wouldn't be hard to whip his butt.
