Jurassic Park 4 has a script out from a few years ago where super intelligent raptors wear body armor and hunt down gang members as part of an elite raptor task force.
And im not joking or exaggerating. Look it up. And the best part is Jurassic World actually set that exact scenario up.
So you'll most likely get exactly that in the next Jurassic Park Movie.

Those toys were the shite. Oddly, the thing I most remember about them is the cobra headed rider guy.
