Definitely this. Martin Starr is by far the best actor on the show, and this scene proves it.
And the scene where he's showing Sam and Neal how to dance sexy.
Another great scene is the DnD montage. It was cool to see the geeks having fun and on the same level with Daniel.
God I love that show.

The only thing I'd say comes close is Sam and Lindsey's confrontation in the bedroom after the egging. They act like real siblings, and Sam knows precisely how to hurt his sister. He's in the right, but it's a great scene of how wounded he is.

As a viewer, this is probably the most satisfying scene ive ever watched
I literally jumped up like i just hit a hole in one during the Masters when that happened, i was that excited
And thats what makes the show so great

I loved the scene where Bill and the boys are prank calling Coach. Just kills me every time. Also, the gut wrenching scenes when the boys figure out about the cheating on the mom. Just felt so real and made me feel for the kids.

No link, but the scene where they play kickball and fail miserably. It was the perfect representation of the fleeting glories of adolescenthood. You get super excited because you did something right, then you realize, oh, shite, you completely failed.
