I'm trying to see if I should stay up and watch it or just wait until I get off tomorrow.

I had NO idea this was coming out this weekend

What if it sucks? Just wait and temper expectations. This is a money grab by a man running out of ideas (see several boring BCS episodes).

2am CDT I believe. 12pm PDT.
I just did a full series rewatch over the last few weeks because of this movie. I haven’t rewatched a long drama series like that before, and I was surprised at just how much I had forgotten. For example, I think it was in the second to last episode when Jessie is being held in the cage by Todd, his uncle and the cracker crew and he gets caught trying to escape. I completely forgot about that and how they drove over to Andrea & Brock’s House where Todd got Andrea out of the House and shot her in the head on the front porch while Jessie watched from the vehicle with a gag in his mouth trying to scream. That was a brutal scene.
It was also interesting watching it with a few more years under my belt, and more life experience. It changed the way I viewed certain characters from what I remembered watching it live on tv the first time. The binging aspect of this recent viewing also probably had a major impact concerning the different opinions on characters.

It's a 2 hour movie, there isn't that much to carry.
I, and I'm sure many others, thought there was no way you could do a multi-season spinoff with saul goodman carrying the load but BCS has been lights out.

It really hasn't. the lawfirm stuff w/ kim was very boring. Mike carried the series until they had the stupid pointless deal w/ the germans.

That’s like one crazy arse opinion

Dont know nor care, will be at the theater at 8:45 to watch.

What did we accomplish w/ Kim's subplot or the germans? Finding out Mike's back story was great. it helped explain a lot of his actions from BB: no more half measures.

Oh ok. I thought I’ve really enjoyed it. General audiences and critics seem to enjoy it. But you haven’t, so I guess we’re just all wrong

When is Better Call Saul season 4 on Netflix dammit? Only thing that may prevent me from watching this immediately.
