Green Mile
Truman Show
Couple of ones I've seen recently...
Lone Survivor
Secret Life of Walter Mitty
Dallas Buyers Club
I enjoy movies that give you a different perception on life/other people's views. I believe it helps you realize what you've got going good.

Crimes and Misdemeanors probably shook me up the most after viewing.

Anything regarding time paradox
Looper
The Terminator (John Connor is older than his dad for Christ sake)
Back to the Future
When the Oracle in the Matrix tells Neo about breaking the vase. Mind blown.

To those that said Dark City, great choice.
I'm gonna go with Her. I can't remember being sent through that many emotions by a movie in a long time.

I've seen quite a few on here that would go on my list. But three I haven't seen so far are Fanny and Alexander, Stalker, and Paris, Texas.

Sophie's Choice saw it when I was young. Really effected me with her decision and the depravity of humanity. Also the ending really affected me. Think Dark City and many others on here are top choices.

We were Soldiers
When the wives were delivering the death notices, man that made you think about how easy we have it!
Band of Brothers
Out of Africa
If I could start over I would be a hunting guide and have a bi-plane.

Thought of a few others: Walkabout, Picnic at Hanging Rock, and the Vanishing. I would also include Solaris like the above poster.
