(The Office). Also, what's the point of showing all two weddings. I just don't get it.
The last episode is what I'm referring to. The sliding the bottle of something in the desk drawer happens with the puking/ pre-intro stuff.

Are you talking about Jim/Pam getting married on their own? If so, Jim planned to get married at niagara falls because he knew Michael and the crew would do something crazy at the wedding.

Pretty sure it was a toothbrush and toothpaste from her puking due to the pregnancy

I just don't understand the time table here. They run off, get married, then get married again? Also there hair is wet and looks terrible on the boat, yet Pam is still smokin and has great hair back at the church...

They ran off to get married on the boat before the church wedding. The editing just showed both at the same time.

My friends and I noticed this, too. I just told myself she had a great hairdresser or something that fixed it back up.

This was not that hard to follow.
It shows the members of the Office and wedding party ruining the wedding at the church but Jim and Pam smiling and not caring about it. Then it shows flashbacks of where they went when they ran off (which is why everyone was waiting at the church).
Jim knew things were going wrong and going to get worse so he took her to Niagra Falls and they were married by the captain of the boat. Then they went back to the church to get married for everyone else who were not aware they were already married.

I guess the hair just really threw me off.

because its a tv show, and not some cinematic masterpiece. Sorry her hair is dry, but stuff like this happens ALL the time on tv sitcoms.

That's fine. You would think they would have had to make her hair wet and notice that she wasn't wearing a veil, but whatever. They worked so hard on this episode, expect for that part. It was practically movie quality.

With all of that said, Pam looked so hot when she was making all of those reactions to Forever dancing.

Doesn't sound like you're mentally cut out for a show of this caliber of high brow humor!

I'm glad I watched it before I came onto this board. How about putting Spoiler Alert in your title?

It's a show that came on at 8 on Thurday night. Since it isn't a movie that has a completely different distribution process, you have to figure any thread about the show will have details that spoil the plot.

I was confused by the hair thing also, mainly because both the British and American versions of the show are known for their excruciating attention to detail.

The hair thing was just a real bad continuity error.
I had not problem following that they went and got married alone then came back to the wedding.

Epically bad for this show.

I didn't either - until I saw the hair.

Not to mention that there was likely a good 20+ minutes of travel time between the falls and the church wedding. So it could easily have dried.

quote:I assumed this. It's also realistic she could have gone back to her bridal room and blow dried it for 5 minutes. I didnt see it as an error.
