Do it through Deadpool. It literally can be done with one line.

Deadpool enters the x-mansion see a number of prominent X-men

Deadpool "Weren't you guys played by different actors like two years ago"

Cut to bad guy something something.

X-men officially rebooted.

Reality was "restored" by the Hulk snapping his fingers. We have no idea if he did it right down to the genetic level.

We also don't know if Tony's snap did anything to reality other than dusting Thanos and his forces.

As a kid, I loved X-Men, Fantastic Four, Daredevil, etc.
Pretty far down the list was The Avengers.

I can't understand why every attempt at X-Men and FF has been a pile of steaming crap. Maybe they need Kevin Feige.

Honestly, I don't know that Marvel needs to force them into the main canon of the currently established MCU.

I think it just muddies the waters and complicates things way too much.

X-Men have more than enough characters and arcs that you could create an entire X-Men Movie Universe.

That said, perhaps we can examine the multi-verse via spider man.

Done right, I think this would be the best way. You have plenty of characters to weave into a universe, and enough compelling individual characters to make it happen.

It would also sort of get outside of some of the issues with repetitiveness in the recent X Men movies.

The Brood story arc.

You get The Star Jammers, Phoenix, and a fun blatant knock off of the Alien Xenomorph.

Really the hard part is re-casting. Wolverine/Jackman and Prof X(if older)/Stewart are big shoes to fill.

Laugh it up, Chuckles. The first 3 were inherent garbage. DOFP was tolerable, as was First Class. Everything since is horrid.

make the x-men less x-men-ish and take away the preachy "these people were just born different" mantra.

I know I feel like the horse has been dug up and beaten too many times now, so there may be no resurrection.

they literally explained that in the movie. the bearer of the stones can change time, elements, and space, to his own minds thinking of what things should be.

assuming he was thinking to end any and all thanos related influence and return things to how they were before, that that is what it did.

that said, x-men is done, they did everything they could do and eliminated any other directions to go in by killing everyone and sending phoenix off as some perpetual fireball in the sky. i mean what could they do with that now? maybe have capt marvel and phoenix face off in some super heros with raging out of control PMS issues in a batmamn vs superman type movie?

From a previous thread on here and my limited knowledge, seems like the Scarlet Witch and Vision show may lead to it.

Disney just needs to restart the X Men franchise in their own mold.

There's no reason to be tied to the previous version. Just make a self contained universe of new films.

This is why endgame was a shite movie. No one knows what the outcome of Tony's snap brought to the MCU universe. And X-Men with this young cast can't be integrated with the current MCU.

Just recast it. The young cast sucked
