John Kreese is the only acceptable answer.
"This is a karate dojo not a knitting class! You don't come in here, drop a challenge and leave old man. Now, you get the boy on the mat or else you and I are going to have a major problem."

Because he's not the villian
The villian is the antagonist, not all evil characters are villians and not all protagonists are good.
We had a long debate about this a few years ago Re: Michael Corleone he's evil but not a villian.

Come again? Throughout the trilogy, he is always the antagonist and the respective agent is the protagonist.

Michael Corleone he's evil but not a villian.
That is partially true, though I don't think he's evil.

I only saw the first one and I don't think he's the villian, Buffalo Bill is. He's more of a challange to Starling than an antogonist.

dude, he whacks his own brother
He basically destroys his family to protect "the family"

His brother clearly had it coming.

Michael had terrible judgement, but I don't think he was necessarily evil. I'm actually reading the book right now and he comes across much more sympathetic, imo. Sonny comes across as a complete a-hole.

Wasn't even trying to be a dick...just thought I remembered this thread from a couple weeks ago or so, and the search drummed up tons of threads.
