I had no intention of seeing this in theater, but my neighbors bought tickets weeks ago and had a family emergency out of town. We're watching their dogs while they are away so they gave us their seats.

It wasn't terrible. Definitely rushed though. I couldn't understand over half of Venom's lines. Tom Hardy was almost as unintelligible.

For those planning to go see it there is a mid-credit scene and an end credit scene. It took about 20 minutes for the credits to end.

*****Spoilers Below*****

Holy frick at the indestructibility of the Xenophages. Jesus.

Seeing the other Symbiotes was cool, but they got absolutely hammered by the Xenophages.

Saw it last night. I’ll definitely watch it again with subtitles. I personally love the venom movies. I'm dying to see him in spiderman 4 if that’s even possible.

They have done a pretty poor job promoting this because I had no clue this was being made much less about to come out.

They went too campy and quippy with the banter for my liking. I barely even remember the second one.

The broken vial had a piece of Venom in it. It used the cockroach as a host.

I'm not sure why the guy was wondering if aliens were real as this occurs after the snap

I saw it bc my wife was itching for a movie and there isn’t anything good out. It wasn’t the worst thing I’ve seen. Compared to the Crow remake it’s like LOTR. But it was campy and goofy and forgettable.

I didn’t care enough to stay for the end credits.

Haven't seen any of these movies but I've heard they are fricking bonkers and worth the price of admission just for the insanity

Somehow, I’ve seen the 2nd and 3rd but not the original. I’ve got no urge to see the original

The snap didn't happen in this universe. He got zapped back to his own universe at the beginning of the movie.

The second sucks but the OG is fun.

Just saw this (the third) tonight on Netflix and I actually enjoyed it a good bit. Great third act/climax.

ETA: from an earlier comment, yeah the Xenophages were the indestructible unless you cut a head off.

This movie was garbage. Worse than Kraven and even Morbius.

So the movie is about Venom, yet the plot is he can't turn into Venom because the Xenophages will find him and kill him. So the whole movie is basically Tom Hardy hamming it up. The most we see of Venom is when he is dancing to "Dancing Queen" at the casino.

Don't get me started with Chiwetel Ejiofor being this movie.

I watched this the other night as it was on Netflix. Terrible, worst of the three Venom movies.
