I've heard that pretty much everyone in the cast of ALF were pretty miserable for one reason of another, especially Max Wright, who played the father.
On the last day of filming, he collected his stuff, got in his car and drove away without saying bye to anyone.
Most of the cast was miserable. It took 20-50 hours of filming to get one episode. The set was a mess of trenches and trap doors for the puppeteers, so the cast had to constantly watch their stop.
Max Wright saw himself as a great actor, and was pissed that a puppet got all the best lines. He hated that his job was play the straight man and feed setups to a piece of fabric.

During the shooting of the show "Nashville" the cast did not like like Hayden Panettiere, most notably Connie Britton.
This hit the tabloids and they publicly quelled it, but I know a woman that was a production assistant on the show and she said Hayden was insufferable and Connie Britton wasn't having it. They had several "tough" conversations in trailers where Connie was telling her to get her shite together and be professional.
RIP Hayden.

Also, Francis Bavier, who played Aunt Bea on the Andy Griffith Show, was said to be a grouch who was very standoffish with the rest of the cast.
This is the one that blew my mind when I first read about it years ago. It was hard to believe Aunt Bea could be so sweet on TV only to be a grump and not like Andy Griffith.

I heard these two hated each other in real life.

Mark Harmon and Pauley Perrette.

IIRC, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall couldn't stand each other on Sex and the City.

True. Bea Arthur and Betty White had beef.

Married with Children - Ed O’Neil and Amanda Bearse did not get along
I think they have reconciled, but it’s funny that Al and Marcy hated each other IRL

Part of that was Bearse getting too big for her britches and Ed telling her “if it comes down to you or me, they’ll keep me.”
More recently, I’d say a rather infamous example was Damon Wayans Jr and Clayne Crawford on the Lethal Weapon TV show. It got to the point where they replaced Clayne entirely.
