Kracka, do you think it is reasonable for a woman to expect her husband to never look at porn and to never masturbate? In other words, the only sexual relations that the poor guy is allowed is when his wife feels inclined to sleep with him?

The fat guy just seemed like the product of a crazy, bullying wife. He looked at porn for 10 minutes after not looking at any porn for 2 weeks, and then he was off to a sexual addiction camp so she would let him back into the house...potentially.

Question because I have known people with these issues. Would you consider the person addicted to it if they look at it even when sex is offered to them daily? I would think at that point if they'd rather view it than do the act itself they might be addicted?

Reasonable...yes. Realistic No, especially these days with porn everywhere.

Isn't that the point of being married. Getting married does not give women or men free reign to just stop sleeping with their spouse. For some reason, as some people get older, they lose alot of their labido. Women for most part, especially due to insecurities over weight or whatever reason, are more likely to ration the poonanny. Men will frick any given opportunity.

He chose to go to an addiction center. He obviously felt wrong for looking at it and beating off to it as he should. If his wife is not sleeping with him, that is a whole other issue that needs to be dealt with. Because in alot of cases the man would just go frick another woman. In alot of womens minds, fricking yourself to porn and fricking another woman are one in the same.

Do I agree with the womans reasoning? To an extent. But all that could and likely would be solved if those women weren't such prudes about sex.

If that is the case, then there is obviously a problem. And maybe even though they are offered everyday, it may not pan out in a fantasy form like on the porn they watch. Maybe just "laying there" and taking it is not enough for these guys. Maybe they would like some sort of fantasy played out?

What if they are taking the offer but still constantly viewing and handling things?

Just a high craving?

Did you read my reply to you? I mentioned something about that. Porn thrives mostly from fantasy. What guys and girls wish they could do and how they wish it would play out. I would imagine any person who still beats their dicks like it owes them money while still getting it from their wives has 1)Sexual addiction 2)Porn is fulfilling a fantasy that their wives are quite possibly not fulfilling or not willing to fulfill.

Um, I think it's completely stupid for anyone to demand something so small like porn.

How can you call that a choice? It was his only option if he wanted to see his kids and live in his own home.

This truly baffles me. I haven't ever run into this problem, but maybe it's because I'm not exactly interested in dating religious chicks or Women's Studies majors.

I don't think most of these guys want to stop sleeping with their spouse. They just want more options than doing missionary once a month. I can't say that I blame them, and this is cheaper than visiting skrip clubs and much safer than having affairs.

I am not saying I disagree with that, I am just looking at it from a woman's perspective.

While I agree, some do take it to extreme's.

Would they rather husbands that cheat on them?

If they are offering sex and the husband / BF stops having sex with them, then they have a beef.

Should women be forced to stop reading racy romance novels?

And to Picc's point, if the women is offering sex and he is refusing then she ought to toss him out. If he has sex and still needs the porn on a regular basis, then maybe he has a problem.

If he has sex with the wife, and occasionally likes checking out porn, no problem.

If it is a daily thing, when sex is offered, then there is a problem.

From the guys that I know, there seems to be a direct correlation between available sex and porn use.

I knew a guy that had a pretty complete collection of Playboys. Complete except for a two year gap. I asked about the missing years, he said, "I quit getting them when I started dating my wife." And when did you start buying them again? "After we were married for a few months."
