This board should write a story and sell it to Hollywood. I'm sure we'd think through ever aspect.

Honestly don't give the writers/director credit they would even think this ahead.

I get saying this for Hot Carls post, but this is a pretty generic fan theory. It was discussed pretty early on in here. That's not too deep. You have to think they at least thought one or two things through

quote:

Like my callout about the Potergeist scene. We see it from an outsider/3rd party perspective(him rising up in the background while Navarro is looking down the hall), where is if it was a hallucination, we should be seeing it solely from Navarro's perspective.

I agree with this but like plenty of things with this show, I think this can be easily written off/will be ignored. It's just a hallucination that Navarro is having and the scientist calls out from behind her and makes her turn around. It's like we're just watching what is playing out in her head.

And I think it will be ignored.

Too many storylines with 0 logical way to tie all of them together.

Its a clusterfrick of epic proportions and I'm enjoying the trainwreck.

Have we gotten any confirmation whether the shitshow ends this Sunday or the following?

Even their website doesn't call out the skip of a week due to the holiday, only the pulling up of Ep5

I don't understand why so many people don't like this season. It's by far the best they've given us since s1.

I always felt s1 was a little anticlimactic with that ending. The lead up was great but I'm hoping for a better finale this time around.

It's a mess with no direction, no detection, and Danvers sitting on too many erections.

Too many plots and the supernatural aspects… American Horror Story - Night Country

Also, the forcing of S1 callbacks into it. Trying to ride the coattails of one of the single greatest seasons of television.

I do a agree that season 1 fell really flat at the end. This season has kind of been all over the place. They totally glossed over Navarro being in a trance at the dredge.

I will admit the music from this show has been pretty good.

Agree, the only redeeming quality.

That's true i doubt we get answers on that but even with the plot holes I've been really entertained by it so far. I definitely think a great finale would go a long way. I've looked forward to each episode far more than i did in the past 2 seaeons certainly looking forward to the finale.

I think every one considers s2 to be complete shite but did y'all like s3 more than this? It's not even close for me.

S3 far better than this one

Better acting and attention to detail that actually pertains to the storyline

S3 is my second favorite season. I don't think anyone will top S1, but S3 was solid. But I also like Dorff and Ali as actors.

the best thing i can think of to compare it to is one of those "Choose Your Own Adventure" books from when you were a kid, except that every time you go to a new page to continue the storyline, it's a whole new story virtually unconnected to the page you just came from.

It's a thing here. There is no better example of group think than the movie board hate-watching a show. They claim how terrible it is then continue watching. Some even claim to be "out" and then re-appear. It's truly bizarre behavior that should really be studied.

The acting was much better in S3, but you also had better actors playing the lead roles. Story wise I thought the ending fell flat again in S3.

Because its a damn trainwreck. Its so terrible, its fun to watch and see just how bad it can get.

You want to look away, but can't.

i mean i realize you think you are scoring some kind of "better than all that" points here, but you are accurate, at least as far as i am concerned. i am only continuing to watch this show because it has gone completely off the rails and i have enjoyed coming on this thread to talk shite about it. not sure if that is really "bizarre behavior that should really be studied" though?
