YES. It's the most uninteresting part of the show. Hopefully they are writing Alcide out of the show, because it's clear that he wants to branch out and do bigger and better things.

It wouldn't surprise me if this is Joe Manganiello's last season on True Blood...he's doing a lot of movies now (i.e. Magic Mike) and I'm thinking this is his last season on True Blood. I think they're going to eventually combine Sam's story somehow with the vamps or back at Merlotte's somehow.

It irritated me a couple weeks back when Warlow gave Jason his blood when he passed out. Jason was running around working our like crazy. He used to be a V addict yet he didn't know what he was feeling. Also it irritates me that they never explained what caused Jason to pass out in the first place.

i think they might have been at mardi gras, but specifically from the show, that was when they went out on bourbon, killed a bunch of people and first saw lillith

The scene of Russell killing the news anchor was one of the major "WTF" moments on True Blood.

I always felt they ruined a good opportunity by killing of Godric. That was a bad motherfricker

Yep. The episode itself was pretty damn boring and not much was going on and then bam, Russell comes out of nowhere and pulls that shite.

My dad was watching with me and we looked at each other and we busted out belly laughing at the sheer shock and surprise of the moment.

There's yet another inconsistency, remember in the first season it gave him a giant erection for days then later on it gave him a high, then later on it gave him super human strength. But I digress...

I agree Godric was awesome and it sucks they couldn't have kept him around longer. He was one of the more interesting characters in the series.

On another note we have seen throughout the series that first there was Eric who was the oldest, then Godric, then Russell, and now Warlow and Billith.

What the f is next?? They can only go back so far right?

I loathe the fact I'm still watching this show, but at the same time it's mindless entertainment despite the plot holes and inconsistencies.

Really enjoying this season so far. Still haven't figured our Warlow's end game yet. Sookie and her super snatch strike again. Really want the Gov's daughter to get naked preferrably with Jessica.

Warlow is possibly the oldest, he's over 5500 years old and he killed the very first vampire. having said that, who knows how long she was around before him and if she had any progeny before him

I'm at the beach in Florida right now getting my feet in the sand and the condominium doesn't have HBO so I'll have to watch it when I get back.

Enjoy the show tonight fellas. I'll bump this Tuesday or Wednesday to post my thoughts.

Lillith should be as far back as it goes if we are following real vampire history. But then again, there are those who dispute that and say Cain was the first vampire, but I doubt they would go down that road.

Yeah and let's not forget about Russell killing his whole family plus Sookie being a total bitch to him.

No wonder he's so jaded most of the time.
