Solid Netflix (not streaming, btw) material.

I´m impressed with LeBron James´s diction teacher.

"What movie do you think is funny"

As if there is a small sample size of comedy that you can judge my comedic taste on one or a couple movies (which I'm pretty sure you already did in the last Trainwreck thread regardless)

I thought it was pretty good.

There are several legit laugh out loud moments and a bunch of chuckles.

As usual, it drags about 3/4 in, it seems about 20 minutes too long....typical Judd Apatow

Cena was awesome and Lebron was pretty solid

Lebron seems more likable and "real" in the movie than he does in real life.

That's him acting like he isn't a giant bag of douche.

Trailer looks hilarious to me, but I could also see it being a flop. I'll definitely be going to see this though.

I generally agree with all of this. Bill hader was hilarious. Lebron is a terrible actor. Cena was great too.

I just don't care for Amy shumer. I don't like her style. The "I'm a relatively attractive female, laugh as I curse and be slutty" schtick is not funny to me

Hmmmm...

The trailers don't look too promising, but this thread seems to think it's okay. I'm also not a huge fan of Bill Hader at all. Not sure why, just never really have been (though I don't mind some things he's done). And Amy Schumer is okay. I do watch her show, but sort of begrudgingly at times. I think she's decently funny, but she tries so hard to be overly self-depricating that eventually it wears on me.

And whether or not Lebron is decent in the movie, I agree that the trailers with him in it were pretty fricking atrocious.

I'm sure I'll eventually see this, but I certainly am not in a rush to though.

I thought it was hilarious. One of the better comedies that have come out in recent years. Everyone was great, Cena in this movie was hysterical which was kind of cool as a wrestling fan because he's always seemed like a funny dude when he's not on Raw.

Lebron was pretty good too, I don't think the " Is he your Cleveland" joke was even in the movie. The Hader/Lebron bball scene was pure gold, not to mention a certain cameo in his last scene.

Saw it today. Funny movie. John Cena, especially. LeBron was surprisingly articulate and humorous.

Don't really find Amy Schumer all that funny. Nor Bill Hader, for that matter. The humor came mostly from other characters.
