Frank's douchiness is kind of why he's endearing imo.

To me, he's the more interesting of the "Supremely Tortured Hero Using loss to right wrongs," superhero trope. You know that group with Batman, The Punisher, Wolverine, etc.

Well except for the Silver Surfer. In terms of Tragic Superheroes, he's easily #1.

Frank’s ability to quickly heal from devastating injuries and beatings has to be his super power.

We finished episode 12 late last night and it was all we could do not to play the final episode, but we really needed to sleep.

Can't wait to see the final showdown between Frank and Russo.

One thing this show did well was showing the difficulties war vets have reintegrating in society. Here's a good interview with the show runner about how they approached that issue. LINK
