The Imperial March is certainly the all time best. Some others of note:

Wicked Witch of the West's Theme
The Nazgul Theme
Hellfire
Dentist Song

Jaws and Imperial March are probably the most recognized.

Hell, I still can't get the Jaws theme out of my head anytime I swim in the ocean.

I can't help but think of demons and hellfire when I hear that song.

Hellfire for sure is the best one Disney ever did for villains.

The funny thing about this is the Imperial March is so vastly ahead of the rest it's crazy. One of the best themes ever, if not the best.

What's interesting is that the Imperial March theme isn't even present in Episode IV. It's associated with Darth Vader, but it's really just the main leitmotif of Empire Strikes Back.

"Still Alive" is a great one too. Jonathan Coulton is brilliant.

It might not be associated with the Jack Torrance character so much as the film itself, but Dies Irae (the Shining).
