Knowing that the finale is not going to air really takes the air out of the whole thing.
Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me to find out that this is all just another Gimple gimmick.

they’ve been resolving the main conflict in the second to last episodes so hopefully this whisperer thing ends then. It was cool at first but I’m bored with it now
I’d rather they didn’t torch hilltop just because now the show shrinks back to Alexandria with hilltop and the kingdom gone and I really don’t care at all about Gabe or rosita or whoever the frick else is left. In hindsight they killed the wrong characters (Abe, jesus, Carl, Zeke soon, etc) and left the ones with no charisma. Even Tara and Enid were more interesting than these mopes that are left. Daryl can’t carry this shite by himself
