I don’t think his ID will be for that purpose. You don’t use IDs from an established person. If they just died, there will be a death certificate and legal notifications that take place. It’s not sustainable and would be noticed.
If you’re going to use someone else’s ID, choose a baby that died around the time you were born as the basis for starting a new identity.
Cancer guy is a trigger that starts the demise of Gene and provides closure for his storyline. Walt’s cancer started Saul’s demise. Walt’s cancer then became the trigger when Slipping Jimmy encountered cancer guy in an encounter that will lead to Gene’s demise.

If Francesca hadn't seen Kim in 4 year she would at least say "Kim Wexler called me".
She dropped "Kim called me" way too casually.

I was just thinking similar.
Francesca said her phones are tapped. Kim called her.
Perhaps the feds scooped her up and Jimmy just found out from that phone call.
Her being hauled in pushed him over the edge into self destructive behavior with cancer dude.
Just spitballing, but it's a possibility.

Let's say Kim and Jimmy haven't associated for 3-4 years.
Is it normal for her to refuse his call? Is it normal for him to be so passed about it?
Whatever is going on is much more recent.
We know Kim's story is not over, but it seems like you guys think she'll show up for a happy reunion in Nebraska.
I think we'll see where BB got her.

How I wished that Mike had just thrown out “put in another lead to find Kim, but got nothing” during his rundown with Saul’s affairs.
The thing I fear is that we won’t see what happened to her and J+K=S will live on into eternity because it was never proven otherwise. At this point does it really even matter? We aren’t going to get another whole season of Saul’s dealings during BB with Kim giggling behind the fake columns in her secret office with everyone screaming J+K=S is happening now guyz!!!!!! Let’s enjoy the ride!!!!!!
