I hope he comes back to fight it. I think he could win if he plays the angle that he was scared for his life and Walt forced him to do everything.
Walt killed all those witnesses across 3 prisons. Responsible for 2 DEA agents. Saul got his arse kicked by Walt's partner and has pics to prove it.
Francesca witnessed Walt bust out the glass door to find Saul. The list goes on forever. If Saul can paint that picture and minimize his own eagerness to make money I think a jury would buy it.

We know from Season 1 of BB that Crazy 8 is a DEA snitch. If my memory serves correctly Hank even makes a remark about him at some point.
With him being busted last episode and the fact we know Hank is back this season it's pretty much a guarantee Hank and Gomez are the agents he's talking to.

In Ep6, when hank comes to the school to check Walt's inventory, he passively mentions that Crazy 8 was a snitch for the DEA. To which Walter replied "Snitch?", seeming like he didnt he understand the word. Right before he arrests Hugo.

All 4 are his nephews. Yes he has at least one child, but we don't know anything about them. We know this because his grandson Joaquin was killed during the shootout at Don Eladio's
Gus bragged about Joaquin's death to Hector at the nursing home when he gets back.

Ham I have a question for you or anyone else that may know.
It’s been a long time since my breaking bad watch, but is it thought that Gus knew when skyler was going into labor to have the baby, and he purposely tests Walt to see if he will miss the birth of his daughter?
Or was it just bad luck for Walt that it happened at same time?

I chalk it up to bad luck, but could be wrong. The reason I say this is that Walt was going to have Jessie make the drop, but he was on a heroine binge.
I just don't see how Gus could predict a simultaneous birth and heroine binge. I think that's reaching, but it's interesting to think about.
It is possible he chose to do it during the birth guessing that Jessie would be unreliable.

I'm doing another rewatch with my 14 year old son who has never seen it.
The first interesting thing I caught is that Crazy 8 informed on Emilio.
That's the bust Walt was with Hank for the ride along.
