Come on. Of all the unrealistic movie ideas thrown out there, this might be the most unrealistic ever. PRIDE? The villain in a Disney movie, the company that is as pro gay as any company out there, is going to make a villain as pride, is kind of ridiculous. Surely you know that.

It will piss off the Woke and LGBT activists (not gay people in general), but Pride is the primordial evil of the world. It is through Pride that separates us from God and has led to humanity’s destruction.

This is not the gay type of Pride (although that is morally abhorrent as well), but more of a Walter White/Lex Luthor type of Pride. Pride was cut from both Inside Out 1 and 2, and it’s the biggest emotion not directly addressed yet.

CS Lewis was wonderful in recognizing the evil of Pride and need for humility:

It should clearly be the main antagonist of the third one and other than pissing off the Woke (whose primary sin is Pride), there’s no argument against it as far as I can see. And giving them some tough love on what Pride actually represents is needed for those fricking assholes who have ruined everything they’ve touched in the past decade.

Yea I mean I get the bad that pride has done. I agree it probably would make a great villain in Inside Out. BUT...

It's Disney. It's not going to happen. Ever. That is pipe dream within a pipe dream. I mean most people on here hate Disney/Pixar because of how woke they are, but all of a sudden with Inside Out 3 they are going to change course and hate on... themselves? Not gonna happen. You're wasting your time giving that any realistic hope.

I reluctantly agree, but Disney needs to outright apologize for pretty much the past decade outside of Marvel Phase Three, Coco, and Bluey. Making Pride the main antagonist for Inside Out 3 would be an obvious way to do it.

Conflating pride of the individual with "Pride" for a group, as in "we should not have to feel ashamed of our existence," is pretty damn hilarious.

Apologize to whom? Disney thinks it is "on the right side of history" with all of its idiocy. Expecting or demanding an apology (even one half in jest and in the form of pissing of the alphabet army) is just plain silly.
