Cassadee's CD comes out this fall.

She has a few songs on YouTube off of it, pretty good stuff.

Think she's supposed to debut her first single in a few weeks on The Voice actually.

To each their own. Dia was cute the first couple times I heard her and then her voice just got tiresome to me. Plus it drove me nuts that she got a lot of credit for her "original" rendition of Heartless even though the Fray did the same version like two years before.

Another one that really drove me nuts was the Lindsey Paveo(?) I hated her voice and it was pretty unbelievable that Christina through away the win to keep her and the other guy around. If she kept the older black guy, she had the win with no issues. He had the back story and a good voice to match.

Sorry, hat, but I couldn't listen to an entire album of that same sounding music and the mini yodels. It would be too much. I like a little coffee shop music, but I don't think she can go far without some variety. Reminds me of Shirley Temple from last year. In tired if the same old thing over and over again.

i use my own judging system i don't care about how far they will go or how many records they sell i judge them by if they would put out something i would listen to

eta: for example Candice is by far the best singer on idol right now but angie is the only one who has a shot at putting out anything i would listen to

I completely understand that. The only one that I have seen on the show to date that I think I would listen to his style of music and genre tastes would be the Tony Delucca guy from Adam's team a couple seasons ago. I like that style of music for the most part.

It really seemed like last year that everyone wanted to hit on the Dia Frampton wagon of the weird niche voice so all the coaches grabbed up a few of them and toted them through. Blake carried a couple truly gifted singers and he got first and second in the show.

This year so far, we are seeing more traditional singers with great voices and not many of those niche voices. I think that Caroline just isn't good enough to be the niche voice to go to the end.

Right now the final four would be Michelle from Usher, Sarah and Judith from Adam and Sasha from Shakira and Blake won't represent. Blake just doesn't have anyone that he will be able to tote that far into this year and I don't think he ever did. The Holly girl has the best chance from Blake but she isn't as cute as some of the others and her voice can't match some of the others.

Adam had the strongest team out of the gate and he hasn't dropped anyone that would have finished this thing. He even made that comment to Usher on the air about Ryan. He said something about he would have kept Ryan over the little latina for the long run even though she beat him that day.

yeah it's a matter of personal taste. i just don't like when people use how far they will go or how many records they will sell in evaluating someone's talent. nowadays the more records someone sells usually means the less talent they have. i'm a big fan of catching acts from undiscovered bands and singers that play at local places in front of small crowds. they usually are better than anything you hear on the radio. all these big vocalists get turned into pop garbage when the record companies get done with them. the unique ones i.e. dia, caroline, etc. at least have a fighting chance at making something that doesn't sound like every other thing on the radio

same 4 i believe will be there at the end.

she may not but then she could surprise i'm thinking top 6 isn't out of the question.

Don't know that I would buy anything from anyone on The Voice right now. Other than a few songs on iTunes, I haven't bought anything by anyone on these shows that I can think of.

Danielle will be in the finals. That girl is good. And right now Caroline is my favorite even though she's not the most talented. She is the one person I would listen to consistently.

I didn't think the big girl was that good tonight. I think it was mostly the song and emotion that made her performance appear a little better than it was.

My thoughts from last night:

- Beautiful job with "Stay" by Amber. Just a very solid performance from her

- Great song choice by Usher for Josiah. That was the best he has sounded all season

- Another good job by Sarah. That is a very difficuly song and I thought she pretty much nailed it

- Powerful from Cathia but not completely refined though. That's a hell of a song to give her. Wonder if this was Usher's way of truly testing her to see what she had

- Why is there always this one chick who sings with a weird accent on this show? Seems to always be on Adam's team too. Not a Caroline fan. Good looking girl who would sound decent in a coffee house setting but she hasn't impressed me on this show yet

- Pretty good from Vedo. Definitely did enough to get him to the next round over Cathia

- The big 3 on Adam's team killed that group performance. Great job

- Michelle's performance was somewhat haunting to me, in a good way. I really enjoyed it. Was refreshing not to see her jump and thrash around the stage like an idiot as well

- Judith with another fantastic showing. Tons of swag as well

- Tl;dr Caroline and Cathia should be gone this round.

I'm a little behind. I hope they rethink this large group singing business.
