Why do they sing songs the judges have recorded?

the Katrina girl missed the airing of her debut performance on national television last night to go to the fionna apple concert at the HOB

The chick who sang Valerie was awesome...not sure why only Cee Lo was the only one who turned, and he barely got in at that.

And here's my mandatory frick YOU, CARSON frickING DALY post. At one point with the Charlie dude, they showed him with the family and they were all going nuts, and he was standing there with his thumb up his butt. Then the dad kinda grabs him like "Come on, dude!!" and THEN Carson fricking Daly started trying to clap and feign happiness. frick you, you worthless prick.

Agreed, it seems like most of the time, nobody wants to be the first one to turn around. And then once someone does push the button, it's a race to hit it with everyone who was thinking about it.

Also, I think there have been some moments where coaches mail it in on the salesman aspect because they change their mind and don't really want the person.

There have been, what, maybe two 4-chair singers..? Maybe even just one?

Man, that Yolanda chick was awesome I thought...and she was a cool arse lady. I can't believe nobody turned around for her. I thought she did really well. And it gets annoying when nobody turns around and then after the song, they're all like "You're so awesome and you did SOOO well.." I think it was Adam who said something to the Nashville dude last night, something like "I know it sucks to hear how awesome you are and nobody turned around..." Well no shite.

And that last chick was really good. She messed up a couple of parts I thought, but she has a cool sound to her voice nad overall she did pretty well.

So with only 8 spots left are they going to stretch that over 2 nights next week? I hope not.

They are good for not showing 2/3 accepted people per episode. So we might be able to see 6 selected and skip through 2.

If they stretch it over 2 episodes no one could possibly watch it live. It would be comprised of twice as much filler as usual.

Tomorrow night, the show is the best of the blind auditions. Think I'll skip that one.

I like this girl. She's got a cool voice. A bit pitchy at the end, though.
