sure, like 3 feet of it from here back patio area.

Are you looking forward to hollering at some kids when they get back from school today as they touch a few blades of your grass next to the street walking back to their house?

You can admit it was more like 15 feet, its perfectly okay to be wrong sometimes.

Yeah, all those kids were doing were touching a few blades of grass while coming home from school.

They werent and the police did. The property she rented only had a small portion of that lot. That was addressed multiple times. Even in one of the body cam footages you can clearly see the kids playing to the far right of the property.

Yes, we all know it was a portion.

Oh, one of the body cams in a biased filmmakers documentary just showed the kids in one corner of the other piece of property.

Well that settles it!

Yeah, you're definitely not biased.

What little video they showed that the woman had taken was blurry, up-side-down, and made to not show you what it was. This is one purpose by the films producer to be completely biased.

She would have never been shot otherwise.

it was an attempt to form more bias against her.

What the frick is actually biased about THIS particular documentary? You sound like a fricking clown that can't seem to separate your political views from reality.

It wasn't her property, it was a civil issue, no other resident had any issues, she was a fricking lying looney tune that shot an angry mom because the provoked the children.

Btw, key word is children. She's an adult acting like a baby. You sound unhinged

The only thing the doc didn’t need to do was present stand your ground as a loop hole for white people to hunt black people.

I don’t think it was premeditated but fairly obvious she had been researching the subject, saw her opportunity, and took it. The timeline suggests she was ready to shoot anyone that came knocking

I was laughing at
1. Her saying what she thought dropping n bombs meant
2. Her refusing to go to jail reminded me of arguing with one of my toddlers. I was disappointed she did eventually decided to cooperate.

She is renting then property, it is her property.

I already said she shouldn’t have shot through the door, that is why she is in jail. No other resident having an issue is completely irrelevant.

frick you're dense. The area where the kids played wasn't her property, it was a vacant lot. There were no issues until dumb entitled count moved there. Why not just move? Now she will rot in jail for the rest of her natural life because she was a miserable frick

So hypothetically if the landlord said he was fine with the kids being there, but she wasnt...who has final say?

She would, on the portion of the property that she is actually renting.

A portion of that lot was indeed the property she rented. Also, the woman would still be alive had she not gone and beat on the door posted as no trespassing. Just the facts brah.

Did she or did she not throw the skates at the kids and take the kids tablet?

And Netflix is biased?

It's fricking body cam and interrogation footage.

My take is it was 100 percent premeditated. Took the IPad to get her over to her house

I watched this. Everyone involved in this was wrong and responsible for the outcome. Mostly cops that treated the whole situation as a joke prior to the fatality. The lady would have gotten away with this if professional race injustice groups with money didn't get involved. The folks just put a mentally ill old lady in jail. Not a very impressive victory.

Would the three downvoters care to tell me how this is wrong? I’d be interested to hear about your novel take on property law.

This whole issue could have been diffused by a single reasonable person at several points in the conflict. Cops should be people taking most criticism. They mocked and played games when directly talking to the mentally ill woman. Openly joked with families about situation without recognizing real danger that could occur. They should have seen this outcome coming from miles away. Should have sternly told people they would arrest everybody if there was another problem after the first call.

Tell the old lady if she calls the police station again she is spending the weekend in mental hospital. Tell the parents if they get more calls every adult on the block is getting a ticket for disturbing the peace for $500. Hurt the people's swisher sweet, cannabis, and horrible body art funds. The kids would have not been a problem after that. Easy solutions.
