I went as Dwight one Halloween. I printed out a ton of schrute bucks and handed them out to all chicks that wore slutty costumes.

They were redeemable

I recently went eat at hooters by myself for lunch. Really wanted wings and a beer before I headed home to finish working. Felt like a loser, but idgaf what other people think for the most part.

Anyways, waitress sits across from me to try to get a big tip and I'm not really talkative from the start b/c I want her to leave. She asks me what I do,and the first thing that came to mind was this quote.
told her I was a bank teller, she paused and gave the long "ok" and she left shortly after.

I almost lol'd when she left. It pretty much had the same effect it did on Michael Scott.

forgot about one of my favorite exchanges from the golden ticket

quote:

Dwight: What about Shoe La La?
Michael: [sighs] It's not ready yet.

Michael: I have an idea for a fancy men's shoe store called Shoe La La. And it's just men's shoes for the special occasions in a man's life, like the day that you get married or the day your wife has a baby, or for just lounging around the house.

I've been rewatching every episode on netflix. Up to season 8 now. Not nearly as bad as I remembered, and there were some great pranks.

When Jim jammed Dwight's desk after he made fun of the idea

Yeah, S8 is really the only season I won't re watch consistently. The rest I can't tell you how many times I have watched.

It's not even close. That's why my response to most people who say "the show sucked after Michael left" is that they either didn't like the show as much as they say or they simply didn't watch.

Don't get me wrong, there were some painful episodes (like the whole De'Angelo Vickers plot), but all in all it was still pretty funny. And S9 was legit good.

I don't know about that, but all in all, the whole Jim/Pam storyline/relationship is pretty fricking good. Everybody has had that person at work that they sort of crush on...good for them that it was able to work out (even if it did involve cheating). And even though Pam was insufferable at times, I was glad she and Jim ended up together and on good terms, because they were perfect for each other.
