Just enjoy it. It's good TV.

I tried to go back and read from page 5 on but 'shinerfan' straight ruined this thread.

This shite was awesome if you can realize that both political parties have extreme flaws and deserve to be flogged publicly.

It was really intense getting the news story out and I like how they consolidated the BP spill into one episode instead of drawing it out. Hope they keep they structure in the future. A Bin Laden episode would be bad to the bone.

Didn't read all 8 pages but did y'all recognize Tara's mom from True Blood in the newsroom? She looked about 15 years younger

Pretty much. I like the quick wit and the acting has been decent thus far. I'll definitely continue watching.

Tonight's Episode "News Night 2.0"

quote:

Mac asserts control over the new incarnation of News Night and enlists a beautiful and brainy on-air economist, Sloan Sabbith, to do a nightly segment. Jim takes the fall for a Maggie miscue; Charlie forbids Reese from continuing his furtive meeting with Will; a long-festering breakup secret gets out.

Tonight we get some Olivia Munn

Why is the AP that went to 10:00 still with the 6:00 crew?

Who all watched tonight? Kind of a slow start, but picked up quite a bit throughout. Something about this show keeps me wanting more.

I enjoyed it but I feel like it lost a little steam between the pilot and this episode.

I definitely enjoyed it. Their train wreck was hilarious to watch. My only concern is the Maggie/Jim/Don stuff becoming cliche.

I cringed for Mac when she sent out that mass email.

If I was Will I probably would've blown up at those three dumbasses he was interviewing and probably ruin my career.

I don't like how everything has to be so dramatic throughout the whole show, but I guess it makes for never a dull moment.

The first two episodes were entertaining; just a good show to pop some popcorn to and relax on a Sunday night. But it's not quite up my alley enough for me to call it "great," at least not yet.

I think he did that to show his EP that he has control no matter what. She kept telling him to dump out and he refused.

I liked last nights episode. I realize it wasn't as compelling as last weeks, but they cant all be. There will be some big ones and some not so big, the key is do you still like watching it when its ones like tonight and I can say I did.

I didn't like last nights quite as much.

Just didn't hold my attention like the first
