I have always thought that there should be a sequel with Ferris as a dad. Would love to see how he handled a kid of his own.

These are the two most unbelievable ones IMO. No way either of those could really happen. Jeanie slamming on the brakes and the mom not looking is at least kinda believable since the mom was buried in papers and shite (and they went everywhere when they stopped), and that could've given Ferris enough time to run off. But the dad was borderline retarded.
Also, I remember reading that the mom and dad ended up getting together and marrying each other IRL.

I thought there were rumors of a sequel. The plot was going to be them skipping a day of work.
