So a movie about the Manson family (all white) and Roman Polanski and his circle (all white) has an all white cast? I think Charles Manson should have been played by Samuel L. Jackson.

This is a new flavor of pissed off here.
This is someone who had no problem with casting minorities in roles decades before this became a thing.
But when he makes just one little movie where it happens there is no place for a minority in a story it’s the end of the fricking world.

So the first article doesn’t really take much of a stand on this. It basically states that people saw the picture of the cast and were commenting on how there’s no diversity. Then the article discusses two yet-to-be-casted roles that will add diversity. Then it discussed the comments section of a rotten tomatoes post that was the basis of the article.
