Haven't watched yet, but if it's anything like usual Star Wars, then half the characters are an androgynous-looking alien. How do they know they aren't empowered females? Or a trans that just finished dominating its high school track meet back on its home planet?

No real issues with it. It just seemed safe and kinda silly. It wasn't BAD. It just wasn't a great I was wanting it to be. 
I did like that robot though. And baby Yoda was cool.
