what do y'all make of kevin sr not mentioning that he spoke to jr in the hotel room? forgot? didn't think it was real?
I think the implication is that it was during that two week period where he has no memory.

if he was still on the drugs he probably doesn't remember

That's what I was thinking.
Also, will Kevin Sr ask Kevin Jr to go find Christopher Sunday in the afterlife and try to learn the song?

So were those people really building an Ark or not.

That's the vibe I'm getting.

Remember, he had been out for about 3 weeks and that woman found him and the page he ripped out of the new Bible or whatever it will be called. I am guessing that he was mumbling something in his sleep about the coming flood and the woman picked up on it. Were they tearing down the chapel to build the ark?

Maybe I am mistaken, but does it seem that Kevin Sr is leading Grace on that he his the Kevin that she is searching for? Which seems to me to go against character, portraying Sr as selfish to stoop to that level. Then again, his craziness probably trumps many intentions he may have. Final scene with Grace & Kevin Sr was fantastic, as is the entire series.

no, he knows he has to get his son there, to drown and kill him, to talk to the dead guy and get the last dance. it's pretty obvious.

I just don't think he will ask him to do it. He is crazy and obsessed. He will make him do it.

With as many twists, turns & surprises in the series, I would have expected this situation to veer away from the obvious. But I agree, all the previews seem to point to this "resolution".

With the earlier reference to abraham sacrificing his son, and him always being open to looking for the next sign, and the passage from the king kevin bible testimate, it kind of has to go that way, although God stopped Abraham from actually doing it, it was just a test of faith.
Reference back to ep 1 and the woman never losing her faith even after she lost everything, still standing in the storm.

Has anyone picked up on the guy who set himself on fire and what he said? In S2 the news was referencing a "man in Australia who says he's been to the other side and can't die".
Then we see this guy talking to Kevin SR about what he would answer between killing a baby and curing cancer. When he said he wouldn't, guy goes, "THATS EXACTLY WHAT I SAID" then proceeds to set himself on fire.
Seems like he is reaching the other side and not passing the "test" to move onto the next life.
I bet that's the same guy on the newscast in S1 and 2.

I find this season is really benefiting from not needing to deal with the guilty remnant storyline each episode. It is allowing them to bring the show to closure without having to meddle with the monontony of people who have to write everything down.

Holy shite the Evie scene holding the sign at the G'day Melbourne show gave me major chills...

Why didn't they get Nora's testimonial before proceeding? Makes me think they are not done with Nora.

That was another wild episode.
So Kevin Garvey is still psychotic, and he is still the savior
Love this show.
