I think people are relating Dany's abilities (fireproof, disease proof, ect.) to all Targs. There were several that died from being burned and several that died from illness. The main idea is that she is special and that's why she doesn't get burned or sick.

I more less see Dany as "the Mother of Dragons." I don't see her as Azor Ahai, Aegon the Conqueror reborn, or some great future queen. She actually sucks terribly as a queen. I think she is a pivotal piece to the puzzle, but I don't think she is the main component to the Song of Ice and Fire. I still believe Jon is, though I will probably convince myself back and forth 6 times before that fat arse actually finishes Winds.

You could be right but you can't deny that she has some sort of special purpose

Nor would I want to. She alreay played a pivotal part as she was able to get the dragons to hatch. I think this will lead to magic playing more of a prominent role as well as the capabilities of more dragons being able to hatch. I guess you can call it a crackpot theory, but I just don't see Drogon, Rhaegal, and Viserion being the only dragons that will fly before it is all said and done.

It took 4 books for those three to get big enough to ride. There just isn't enough time for other dragons to develop into a power. Unless someone was holding them in secret which would be bullshite because how do you keep a fricking dragon secret?

I guess Jon would still have to wake dragons from stone but I just don't see another group of dragons becoming an effective fighting force in time for the end of the series

Questions about LF and the Vale... the vale is one of the few parts of the kingdom that hasn't been touched by war which means to me they are at full strength...

Can LF get the banners of the Vale to unify and make a play on the Iron throne? (I suspect this is Sansa's purpose.)

I also suspect he feels he can get the Tyrells behind him which he already has some influence with and with Tywin and Kevan dead I don't see them falling in behind Cersei.

But can he beat the Martel's to the punch?

so many freakin possibilities I guess...

It would be interesting if Sansa learning the "game of thrones" by Cersi and now LF will somehow turn the tables on LF and LF becomes Sansa's tool instead of his...

This has been my theory for some time. Sansa is not stupid. She was naive at the beginning of the series, but she has had quite the education in manipulation and playing the game of thrones. She is Littlefinger's one blind spot and I think she will use that to her advantage in TWoW and take her place as a major player in the Game.

If they were hatched from eggs maybe, but if Dragonstone is mostly made of full grown dragons set, trained and ready to be released...

Winterfell's dragon theory can't be ruled out either, I'll admit. Oh and

Winter is on like Donkey Kong!

The massive food stores in the Vale will be worth more gold than Casterly Rock will ever have. The rest of the Realm is in ashes...good point. LF is sitting pretty pretty.
