Up to this season Flash has been solid, even in "weaker seasons."

But the family storyline of this one has been so boring. And the daughter has been an awful character.

I gave up on the flash after season 3. The first 2 were really good i felt like, season 3 just took away my interest. By the time season 4 came around, I gave episode 1 a shot but I didn't make it any further.

What.. you don't think she's schway?

As an aside, I tried to watch Arrow last night. I had absolutely no idea what the heck was even going on.

Anyone catch the season finale? I couldn’t find a discussion thread but it’s hard to sift through all the GOT stuff on the front page right now.

Yes I did Thawne is back AGAIN! I am sick of these show recycling villains or trading villains from one show to the other.

The actress who plays the daughter gets on my last nerve.

Her interwebz pics help lessen that annoyance.

My boys recently got into this show again, we stopped after season three. Doing a rewatch now on Netflix. Is it still good? I think they are in season 5 and still going.

While it hasn't seen the drop Arrow has, it's still on a downhill trajectory by focusing the stories far more on the (many times forced-feeling) interpersonal relationships and weakly-represented morality issues. Whereas other dramas may devolve into "villain of the week", Flash (and Arrow) has become very predictable with "villain of the week wrapped within villain of the season".

While they haven't yet hit the Supergirl (or even Legends) level of SJW preaching, I have a feeling it's not far off.
