They did an episode lampooning Star Wars, but they didn't do one where they did so while telling the story, it was just a series of random Star Wars-themed sketches.
Space Balls will forever be the GOAT Star Wars parody, but Family Guy comes pretty close.

Can someone take this gif and cut/paste my avi over the death star just before it blows up. I'm sure the gif will get much traction on this site if someone simply does this...

Well yeah. The FG trilogy is great. Of course it's not better than the SW trilogy, but you already know that and just started this thread for attention, like someone else said.
But I can acknowledge that the FG trilogy is great and underappreciated IMO, while still recognizing your awful bullshite.
