The dialogue in the Lion King remake is awful

The long live the king line was so bad. How did anyone not hear that and say "woah, this is super weak for an iconic scene"

Is it bad because it's coming from CGI animals, and its hard to show emotion and expression in them? Or is bad just because the way it was written is bad. There's a difference.

I didn’t mind anybody’s dialogue except Beyoncé. She was trying to rift and sound fierce in every line and it was terrible. Took away from everything.

I still don’t get the point of this remake. Was it just to show how far CGI has advanced? I would have been more interested if they used real lions and did the movie Homeward Bound style.

This bugged me as well, Nala’s change in voice from Cub to adult lion was so drastic she didn’t even seem like the same lion
