If I had to guess some plot points, Bane will cripple Batman in some form during the film, Bane is likely working for the League of Shaodws and is the person they'll use to physically confront Batman, Catwoman will be an antihero and not an antagonist. Also betting that Talia is the love interest over Selina and Talia exploits Bruce's resources in order to get gadgets she can use to destroy him and Gotham, like producing more Tumblers for instance. I don't think Batman will die though. Anything else is pretty much just a blank guess from me.

I don't think Bane breaks Batman's back in the film. Judging by the evidence (how little it may be) in the teaser trailer, I'd venture to guess that Bane messes up Gordon somehow.
