The animation looks great.

I've only watched the first 2 seasons of this show, and i'm 1000x more excited about watching this last season from that trailer than i was to watch the last 2 star wars movies.

The seasons only get better after the first two. I might have to start a rewatch to prep for the final season. I watched all of rebels pretty recently.

At the 25 second mark when Windu says he senses a plot to destroy the Jedi, you can see Padawan Kanan Jarrus around the holotable.

Nice catch!

Looks great, but we know Asoka and Maul do not die. That means their teased battle will be meaningless.
It would be really cool if they did not just stop where Episode 3 starts and just kind of re-write a little of that movie. It really sucks Revenge is the keeper of Order 66.

So does Maul kill Ahsoka? I need to re watch because i though the series ended in a place it should.

No he doesn't because at the end of rebels we know Ahsoka goes off searching for Ezra with Sabine. I don't think they'll rewrite the story lines to reflect anything else. I think they'll show how Moff Gideon ends up with the Dark Saber in Mandolorian however.

Wouldn't that have to be from Rebels? Sabine gave it to Bo-Katan at the end of Season 4.

Looks really good. Can't wait.

Speaking of this . . . will we ever resolve Ezra’s whereabouts and what he has been up to?
I haven’t seen anything in Star Wars Resistance, then again, I really have a hard time watching that show and still a lot of catch up on - Clone Wars and Rebels were on a completely different level.

Below is some Spoilers if you have not watched Star Wars Rebels
I do not think those timelines will intersect, unless they push Clone Wars past Revenge of the Sith.
Star Wars Rebels takes place right before Star Wars ANH and is post Revenge. The dark saber is in Star Wars Rebels in the last season and in possession of it are Mandalorians.
Maul is also in Star Wars Rebels and in Solo. He dies in 2 BBY and Order 66 was 19 BBY.
I feel Clone Wars Final Season would have been able to do better stories with them if Star Wars Rebels had not already established them again. Although the Star Wars Rebels story lines were really good.

Hopefully live action.
Disney would be smart to do a live action with Asoka/Sabine/Ezra. They can have their 2 strong female leads to check off boxes and give us more of the OT feel.
They could work them into Kenobi. Although Sabine could easily appear in the Mandorlian to get that sword back. She would be late 20s or early 30s for that series.

Well Ezra is tied to Thrawn now, so if Disney ever wants to do a story line with Thrawn again I believe they will have to resolve that somehow.
Also something Filoni comfirmed at Star Wars Celebration is that the duel with Maul and Ashoka was filmed in Motion Capture, so the fight will be epic and fluid.

The problem with a live action Ahsoka Tano is that, while Ashley Eckstein is still young enough to play the character she has voiced for almost 10 years, the character herself is much taller than Eckstein is, unless of course they want to use the Weta digital height changing technology (John Rhys-Davies is 6'1, yet they somehow made him 4'6). Anyone else playing her will not be taken seriously unless they use the Darth Maul approach (Sam Witwer's voice with Ray Park's everything else).

How long would it take to knock them out?
Posted on 1/22/20 at 12:08 pm to Mando
You could rewatch them in probably 2-3 weeks if you averaged 3-4 a night. Each episode is around 22 minutes, so it'll go by quick.

4 BBY - Rebels Season 1
3 BBY - Rebels Season 2 AND SOLO
2 BBY - Rebels Season 3
1 BBY - Rebels Season 4 start (Bo Katan Kryze takes the Darksaber)
7 ABY - Rebels Season 4 end (after the Battle of Jakku)
10 ABY - The Mandalorian Season 1
