Man Fessy is insufferable. Trying to think of a more unlikeable character on the men’s side....other than Josh I don’t think there’s anyone from the OG days huh?

Fessy had to throw dirt in Nelson’s eyes to beat him in hall brawl. Fessy is soft. Put him in an elimination with anyone close to his size, he loses

Oh, it's note even close. I think even today, he'd still win. CT's base is a stronger than anyone in the history of the show, and I don't know how close it is.

If this guy showed up... It's a bloodbath.

Also, they kinda glossed over that math problem challenge. I’m pretty good at math, but finding and adding a bunch of 3-digit numbers and then doubling them with no paper would not have been that easy. CT did it in his head in what looked like 20 seconds.

Agree 100%. Fessy is big and strong, but CT just seems cockstrong tough. Like I'd rather take a punch from Fessy than from CT all day, every day. Because while FEssy may be strong, CT has brute strength, if that makes sense.

Cory in his interview saying “put Fessy’s video of him making excuses right here” was great

Yeah that was awesome.

And he blames losing the final on KC blowing out her knee? Loser. He acted like they had this huge lead when that even happened. They were only like 6 feet ahead of CT & Amber

I said that last week. Kaycee was acting like they were killing shite and then she got hurt, and she was less than ten feet in front of Amber because we watched her fall on Amber's body cam. GTFO. Yes, TECHNICALLY you were in the lead, but it was mainly because you could really only run in single file on that part of the trail.

Something tells me that people will be hesitant to team with Fessy in the future because of this season. He's shown that he's not that great at much, he's an awful partner, an even worse leader, he's overly arrogant when he's literally done nothing to earn arrogance, and he sucked in a final again. Why the hell would you want to team up with that? And let's not forget that Kaycee very well could have gotten hurt because Fessy was trying to overpush her in the final, when it wasn't even really needed at that point.

I absolutely love that CT ended up with Amber too...everyone else chose partners and whatnot, and CT "got stuck with" Amber. And she kills the final and even beats him to the finish line.

What does everyone think the final scene with TJ sitting in front of the computer means?

Anyone know what is Amber’s athletic background?

I mean the way CT was going on and on about her running ability, it would seem like that ability would have been at least discussed prior to the final instead of her being so easily dismissed.

I disagree completely. It's three digit math. Just take your time and be sure of the answer before you move onto the next number. It's not hard math, or PEMDAS, or anything like that. I'm not saying it's a cakewalk because you have to pay attention, but it's literally the easiest math (addition) possible.

I thought that was weird. I thought they were gonna promote the next season, but it just said "Challenge activated" and that was that. Seemed strange.

They've said all season that she's a rugby player. That's about all I know about her athletic background though.

I took it to mean that the next season will be themed like a sequel

I am happy CT won, but just like season when Bananas got all the breaks, so did CT. I said multiple times earlier in this thread it looked rigged for CT to me. It looks as if production is repaying the OG's for making the franchise what it has turned into. Look for Wes to win next time he shows up.

I mean, I’m not trying to say it would stump Einstein, but relative to The Challenge, it was one of the harder puzzles / problems they’ve had. Remember, people on this show (Kaycee) don’t even know that wolves are real. These people are absolute morons for the most part.

Pretty sure it was said she's run full marathons before. I saw an interview posted on another board with her and CT where she said she grew up running barefoot in the mountains of East Tennessee so she basically grew up running like they were doing in the final, absent the frigid climate obviously.

It was adding three numbers and doubling the total. That's very easy to do in your head. Leroy, Cory, and Amber just happen to be dumb as shite.

so did CT.

meh, like getting stuck with Big T and Amber? CT had some things work out for him like Nany picking Kyle, but some of the breaks be caught he created for himself.

how exactly? I didn't get that feeling at all outside maybe the first elimination ending up being a girls week, but that was like the 1st or 2nd episode of the season.

CT played a really good strategic season and crushed the final. He had no subsantial alliances the entire time but was able to manuever around that. There was nothing about this season that looked rigged for him. In some ways, I thought it looked like the opposite. After Ashley was eliminated, he was stuck with arguably the weakest girl for all but one week of the season.

Unless they gave the group a horrible edit, it looked like CT skated because the group with an iron-clad grip on the game were dumb as bricks, and CT won what, 3?, eliminations.

Other than the double elimination; which didn’t even work out because Devin lost anyway, I didn’t feel like there was much meddling. The rogue setup kinda prevented too much intervention anyway.

Having Big T most of the season was also perfect for CT because the whole group running the game, who were horrible strategists, thought he was neutralized in a final by her and never really gave too much consideration to the possibility he gets to switch at some point.

Yeah I don't think anyone is beating amber/ct in that final but I'm curious how they would have done had she not gotten hurt. They were the clear #2 team IMO. Nany is horrible at everything and Kam seemed like she really gassed out.

Fessy isn’t solving puzzles or math problems.

That's not the producers rigging the game, though. CT being smarter than the dumb people who had the numbers is just a major advantage he had through his own merits. Not only were the dumb, but they are still vastly inexperienced to understand how, when, and why to make moves in the game. And despite his meathead exterior, CT is very bright and has also played so many of these that he knows so much more howe to navigate the game.

CT won what, 3?, eliminations.

With Big T as a partne....and the only team to win more dailys was Kaycee/Leroy. Aneesa/Fessy won 2, and Leroy/Kaycee won 5. Honestly, if the show was set up perfectly for anyone, it was Leroy. He had his girlfriend hold an alliance with half the house and he had most of the vets, the BB alliance, and the Fessy/Josh/Nelson/Cory crew likely because he's black and Cory/Nelson tend to align themselves with other black competitors. Then, he gets the strongest girl in the game this season as his partner the whole season until the final. He only went into one elimination all season, against Jay, after being able to pick and choose when he went in. He smoked that elimination, but that was literally the only elimination Jay could have matched up against Leroy. They didn't know what it was going to be prior. He decided to go in because Jay was, he thought, his best shot to win. He previously dodged Wes and threw in Devin instead.

Well, it also made it that much more difficult for CT to ever get to an elimination. And that's not why they didn't vote CT in. They didn't want CT to have a chance at a skull because they know how hard he is to beat in a final. The only way CT was getting to have a shot at a skull (after they tried to take him out early when he still had Ashley) was by winning a daily on a guys' elimination day. He wasn't going to get picky. He knew he was going to have to put himself in regardless of who the hosue vote was
