Almost any host you're gonna find is someone who loves to hear themselves talk. Especially a standup comic. Although I will say, Billy Crystal is by far the best awards host I've ever watched.

Ellen is cringeworthy. It's a tough gig sure, but the all-star audience participation doesn't work at all.
