It’s weird that this is really the only movie that I associate with Thanksgiving.

The Last Waltz was a concert by the Canadian-American rock group the Band, held on American Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 1976, at Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco. The Last Waltz was advertised as the Band's "farewell concert appearance", and the concert had the Band joined by more than a dozen special guests, including their previous employers Ronnie Hawkins and Bob Dylan, as well as Paul Butterfield, Bobby Charles, Eric Clapton, Neil Diamond, Emmylou Harris, Dr. John, Joni Mitchell, Van Morrison, the Staple Singers, Ringo Starr, Muddy Waters, Ronnie Wood, and Neil Young.

The concert was produced and managed by Bill Graham and was filmed by director Martin Scorsese, who made it into a documentary of the same title, released in 1978.

I’m gonna say something controversial

Spider-Man with Tobey. Macy’s Thanksgiving parade is there and a whole arse Thanksgiving dinner scene. It’s a Thanksgiving movie and no one can take that from me

The villain throws pumpkins. At the very least it's a Fall film.

Nothing themed, but for some reason I want to watch movies more this time of year.

Yesterday called out of work and watched Black Phone 2, 28 Years Later, Weapons, and Jurassic Park: Rebirth.

This year, for my household, it’ll be Stranger Things 5.

The Daytrippers
Watched this for the first time because of this thread. Decent little movie. The kind of thing you'd stumble on through HBO or Showtime before streaming took over. Ben Stiller's mom is great in it, his sister has a nice little performance in it too.
