All weve got is balls roy
I swear 70% of the people on this board just shite on everything that comes out because they never tried to do anything.
Ted lasso s4 could suck, but if sudekeis is on board and wants to do another season how does it hurt you?
Watch it or dont. Noone cares.
Just dont act like you gave it a fair shot if u shite on it before it even comes out

It would be disappointing if we don’t get Kent, Jamie, Beard and Rebecca.
Pushing so many Rebecca stories greatly detracted from the show to me. Second half of S2 was the culmination of this. Got way too emo with her mom and WAY too far away from what was happening in the club.

S3 was so bad I just don’t care anymore. I love women’s soccer, but this will be a poor carbon copy of S1. This show lost the magic when Bill Lawrence left.

season 3 needed more ted
it felt like they were trying to test the waters on the show moving forward without Ted Lasso.
But I think breaking up Roy and Keely and having her date Jack was a bad storyline.
I also felt like they were super lazy with Nate’s redemption arc.
he just went from being a dick back to season 1 Nate like flipping a switch
it did underline Ted’s unconditional goodness and gave us the great Coach Beard moment.

Episode 5: Ted doesn’t understand soccer still, but he’s coaching a women’s team, so he flies in a surprise superstar woman athlete to boost morale - Angel Reese. Angel gives an uninspiring, poorly acted speech, then everyone claps

Les Miles didnt understand football and he won a national championship.
I just look at ted as a CEO coach, becoming more and more common.

Ted Lasso is a cartoon character. Les Miles understood football. Silly to say otherwise. He certainly wasn't an aw shucks motivational speaker and full time buffoon.
The show was good for a season. Then it began to take itself too seriously. I would expect that to continue to be its greatest problem.

Les Miles understood O line play. Thats about it.
Besides that he was basically an aw shucks motivational guy and was a buffoon a lot of times.
My point is you can be a soccer coach without being an Xs and Os guy, especially if you have one with Nate and somewhat Roy.
Think of soccer coaches more like MLB coaches. They get the lineup from someone else and maybe make a few changes off feel during games but pretty much delegate responsibility.

Completely undoes the three season arc of Ted overcoming his insecurity, anxiety and perfectionism, and returning home to be with his son where he belongs. However people feel about season 3, this is how the show needed to end.

No it wasnt. The word you are looking for is "subjectively".
A lot of people enjoyed season 3 and the reviews show that. The 2 highest rated episodes on imdb of the entire show are the last 2 episodes.
The Amsterdam episode is #6

Great.
Imagine a couple of the pink-haired American soccer players, but with 1000x more virtue-signaling.

I loved the characters but the storyline played out. Time to ride off in the sunset
