Longwinded and boring. These things are drawn out now and should be a 45 min show.

while Bundy may go down as one of this country’s most notorious serial killers, it’s primarily due to the lack technology and cross-state communication between police departments. No way he gets away with half of it nowadays.

Still a great watch

yep - No DNA testing, no computers, no data analytics, no technology whatsoever.

That and a shitty, hick jail in Colorado that let him get away twice.

That's what made it "easy".

Well, he certainly would have to change his approach. Do you think that there are any serial killers out there right now who have not been caught?

The FBI estimates there are 40-50 serial killers in the US at any given time. One or more has been working the corridor between Houston and Dallas since the eighties. There's a notorious one active in Long Island right now.

Stick to targeting prostitutes and others that society cares little about and they stand a good chance of not getting caught.

Watched it this past weekend.

I knew he was bad but I've never read or watched anything that captured the enormity of his crimes as that documentary did.

He was completely out of control. At that point it was a matter of time. He was a conman right up to the end, trying to get evangelical radio host James Dobson to go to bat for him by blaming porn, which was just what Dobson wanted to hear.

One of my buddies is a retired criminal investigator for the local sheriff's office. He's interviewed a couple. One was Henry Lee Lucas, who killed one or two people but was mostly a fraud. He confessed to dozens of murders just for the notoriety. The other was a guy named Brown (I think that's the name) who killed 7 or 8 people in Louisiana and elsewhere. He was arrested in Colorado for something unrelated and started confessing to murders and where to find the bodies. Some of them hadn't even been reported missing. Runaways, transients, etc.

Coincidentally, this came up in my newsfeed. Article about someone who survived Bundy's attack in the FSU sorority house. LINK

Why can't they go get some antifa people. At least hookers provide some service.
