I apologize to the OP for assuming he was dumb to ask such a question. Apparently there are posters who think it was Alfred's imagination and Bruce died. Apparently there are posters who think that Alfred was so interested in seeing Bruce happy that he was able to imagine Bruce ending up with Selina Kyle despite having left Wayne's life well before knowing about Bruce's infatuation with her.
