Was Bruce Wayne alive or was that Alfread's imagination?

Alfred's imagination. It's in a magazine Nolan interviewed for.

Pretty sure the last three minutes of the film prove he survived.

It isnt even a debate.

I'm pretty sure Wayne died and Alfred imagined Bruce. The writing made that vividly obvious. Batman blew up next to a freaking nuke.

He ejected.

Why would Alfred also imagine Selina next to Bruce?

He lived. It's that simple.

Next to a FREAKING NUKE. It was pretty clearly conveyed that he died.

Because he wanted to see a happy and content Wayne.

Only if you don't know how FREAKING NUKES work

Y'all need to let the fantasy go. Wayne died. There's a reason Bale's batman isn't doing ANY more movies. He's dead. The end was typical Nolan bringing us into someone's head.

Who fixed the bag signal then?

I don't care how nukes work. It's a movie

Wayne lived and stopped being batman. He had Blake take over for him

If you don't get the ending there is nothing I can do for you.

The Bat Signal was fixed around the time Wayne was sneaking around Gotham making flammable Batman graffiti on bridges. The writers were clearly conveying he had the time to kill to do all sorts of stuff before going after Bane.

Then why do you automatically care how some old dude's vision/imagination at European Cafe's work?

or they were clearly conveying that he had a lot of time after surviving the nuke to do all sorts of stuff before moving with selina across the ocean

or better yet, they made it perfectly to where it leaves it to the viewers mind, which is why I made the comment "it's still spinning." he did the same thing in inception

Alfred: [about Selina Kyle] You two should exchange notes over coffee.
Bruce Wayne: So now you're trying to set me up with a jewel thief?
Alfred: At this point, I'd set you up with a chimpanzee if it'd brought you back to the world!

It's all Alfred's fantasy. Batman is dead, there is no surviving a nuke. Deal with it.

Which makes more sense logically?

1. Man blown up by nuke reanimates, convinces a thief to run off with him on a whim, sails the ocean blue, and stalks Alfred to see where and when he eats breakfast so he can smile at him and the ignore him forever from a distance?

2. Man was blown up by a nuke and Alfred imagined Wayne at a cafe as he admitted earlier in the film?

I'm not going to argue logic in a movie about a comic book super hero.
