Yeah, that was definitely to get people to tune in next week. It was weak.

I get it. I usually don't get into the season until I get a better lay of the land. So the first two or three weeks are usually the ones I like least.

That changes if you have someone dislikable from jump but these first two people I feel more sorry for than anything and no one has been just awful. The meathead guy is a bit much and the news anchor

But no real villains yet.

Most annoying... Aubry. I never liked her on her original season though.

Yeah that's true but she's more annoying than a villain. She has zero chance of winning, they all hate her from next week's preview

That's true. I'm wondering how Wendy being hurt will play into things.

“OMG you so remind me of me playing this game.”

Yeah it looks like she was wearing thin on those mofos with that schtick. Trying to make deals with everyone too early.

She might be gone. The worst medical emergency was when Michael (I think that's who it was) fell into the fire. Had to suck!

yeah, that looked painful. I kept hoping he would get another shot. then when he did he was a spazz. seemed to be really clumsy and get hurt a lot.

He did finish second in his second chance. Not bad.

Russell Swan passing out mid challenge was pretty bad too.

That dude last year ( I think, maybe year before ) that I thought broke his back was scary as shite. He was paralyzed in pain.

That was last season, broke it on the boat ride back from a challenge I think. Definitely painful I'm sure.

I have popped lower back vertebrae out of place, holy frick it hurt. I felt that dude's pain, and then to be stuck on a small boat in rough seas with no escape... that sucks. That might actually be the most painful Survivor injury.

Yeah, I know it would have to be painful but I also think falling face first into a fire would be pretty close. Both sucked!

I love the Leah Gotti clone. I'm sick of seeing people play for a third time. The only time I like it is if there were ten plus years between appearances. It's interesting to see the former young hot shot now middle aged with a beer belly. All of these players played recently.

I also find I enjoy the seasons that don't have an arbitrary vs theme. Those seasons shoe horn the title of the season into every convo. "That's what Davids/Brawns/Gen Xers do in this game". The players more often than not could be on either tribe too.

Yeah not anymore. I wish that wheelbarrow had severed Wendy’s foot. 100% guarantee AOC is her political hero and she thinks the Green New Deal is a good idea.

If Wendy doesn't want to eat the chicken that's fine but for her to take the flint and release them next week she needs to go. Plus she's one of the idiots that thinks it's ok to eat chicken from the store but not kill them herself.

Chris being voted out was wrong especially from David and Rick. So far, these are boring people. I think the extinction island might work out to be pretty cool if that lady can quit complaining how far she had to walk and when they pan out, the island looks about 200 yards long by 100.

For the other survivor to come back and categorically state that "no, she didn't take it," was terrible, unless he had a strategy. Jared guy knows Wendy took it, or at least knows about her wanting to let the chickens go. Think I would have told her we were about to kill all the chickens right now unless she gives over the flint.
