lol dumbass.
Pretty clear from the beginning that Will was weak and vulnerable due to various degrees of neglect and abuse from his father and being the least physically developed in his group of outcast but Netflix just has to force their queer quota on the show so the Duffers sacrificed Will’s potentially all-time character arc to appease the suits.
Damn shame too, Noah is the best actor of all the “kids” and that decision has probably fricked his career up.

you're a miserable POS. All your posts in the VOL 1 thread had zero upvotes and 10 downvotes
You seem to be the problem.

I guess I’m completely off the reservation, because outside of the cringe over the top we won’t leave you scene, I thought everything was very well done. I also thought those 3 episodes were 3 of the creepier episodes of TV I’ve watched in a long time
You’re in the vast majority. Don’t let these miserable middle age malcontents with no lives or purpose project their inability to grasp ideas beyond what their feeble minds can come up with dissuade you from enjoying the most popular show of this decade.

Seriously. Couldn't have said it any better. Social media has made majority of these people watch tv to look for ways to complain instead of just watching tv to escape and enjoy it.
If social media was around when the Goonies came out you'd swear majority of these people would bitch because none of the kids or main characters died
I don't know how they constantly do it.

Now it all makes sense why you're so miserable and angry all the time. You're alone and depressed all day during Christmas.

That Will coming out scene was some of the worst television I’ve seen in years. I went ahead and turned the tv off. Didn’t even finish the episode. I’m done with the show.

nah. No main character died so it wasn't worth it in the end. Also those are only movies for kids.
Had social media been around y'all would have the same retarded complaints 80% of the time.
The homo will storyline has nothing to do with the overall story. We are in agreement in that.

The explaining shite with whatever little props they have on hand is getting really fricking annoying. How many times does this show have to repeat the same scene over and over?
Here’s Hopper and El arguing over him not thinking she’s ready, that’s only happened a thousand times over the show.
Here’s Will suddenly feeling sick and going into a trance, you won’t believe it!
That not enough? Here’s Robin being annoying and not quite saying the right thing! Are you laughing??

The Will scene was super cringy, but whatever. I think I was more annoyed at their plan for getting through the base to get back to the upside down.
They have El's friend there who literally has the power to make people see illusions, and instead of using that to get in they decide to go Rambo? Okay.
The writing this season has just been atrocious. So many characters just behaving completely out of character to move from point A to point B, and repeating the same plot points over and over.
This whole season hasn't been terrible, but it's been massive filler all over the place. This season should have been an extra couple episodes at the end of season 4.

Nancy is a freaking terrible character... The little prissy and innocent girl from S1 is now a 5 Star General with the skills of Rambo.
I was hoping the long drawn out dialogue with her and Jonathan was their end, but nope.

The worst part is, there’s one episode left and it doesn’t feel like there’s a lot on the line. There have been no real consequences or anything and it doesn’t feel like a world-ending situation. Pretty disappointing build up.

Yeah Will giving the i don't like girls speech was pretty cringe.

I love that she is just now mercing people left and right. Zero consequences for killing someone.
Also we are in the 80s. Two gay characters, and interracial couple? Chances of all theee happening to the same friend group in a small town 0.0%.
More likely when Will comes out mom slaps the shite out of him for being gay.

We had a lot of family watch it together and everyone was super excited. 5 people 17-21 and 4 over 50. All nine started to make fun of it toward the end. It was an absolute shite show. Terrible writing, acting and the last Will scene was just complete garbage. The younger crowd was even mad cause “we already knew he was gay, why draw that out now”. It was a disaster and I am no longer looking forward to the ending.

It's turned folks into miserable people. Everything sucks lol. That's why I chuckle when people always argue that movies used to be so much better in the past. That might be true, but a lot of films we grew up loving would be shredded by social media today.
