that's why they always seem to be the leads in the franchises under her.

Daisy Ridley
Felicity Jones
Emilia Clark
Phoebe Waller-Bridge

Pedro Pascal
Diego Luna
Alden Ehrenreich
Temuera Morrison

Emilia Clark was not the lead by any means

Never mind the claims that Nike did it first (probably based on some synchronicity between them and Disney - guess you'll pretend that never happens either.)

It's a Nike shirt. It isn't a Disney shirt. They didn't both make one so it isn't a matter of who did it first. It was a Nike ad campaign/shirt, not a Nike/Disney collab. Hence none of the people in the ad campaign worked at Disney. Here is KK being asked about it by a reporter. It was something Nike created, she showed up at her kids all girl school for an event where the entire school was wearing it. She put one on too.

Honestly it sounds dumb but the best thing the star wars franchise has put out since RoTJ has been rogue one and the animated series Rebels. Everything else has been hot garbage

if you liked Rogue One you would probably like Andor.

Going back and watching Rogue One after Andor added a lot too

Nike is the only one that made a The Force is Female shirt.

She as the President of Lucas Films and other girls wore it at the event. At a school where she and her husband are trustees.

Since 1977, "The Force" has been synonymous with Star Wars more than anything else.

But continue to pretend there's nothing there.

Dude, Nike came out with a FEMALE ad campaign that year. Where would be a better place to do a promo for a female ad campaign than at a female only college where an event is taking place?

The Force is Female is about Nike Air Forces. You attempting to make it directed at Star Wars is asinine. Disney doesn't feature merchandise stating the Force is Female. the shirt she is wearing in the photo is the Nike shirt, you can tell because the font is exactly the same as the Nike ad campaign.

If you could find ANY official Star Wars Merchandise stating The Force is Female you may have a point, but it is all Nike Air Force stuff.

None of that cross pollination debunks what she, as president of Lucasfilms did with the shirt and what she did with the franchise.

It's almost like you want to ignore what so many Star Wars fans saw for themselves, and took it upon themselves to say 6 years ago what you're fighting hard as hell to ignore, even still.

Weird.

You are the one that brought up the force is female and posted a 7 minute video analyzing what it meant.

It is a shoe campaign, not a statement that the force isnt for men.

Tour other complaints are yours to have, just the conspiracy around this one is stupid. Sometimes coincidences happen, not everything is a conspiracy.

That’s fake news again and has been debunked multiple times on this board.

Well then the board failed at their research. The Nike ad campaign predates the photo and the shirt she is wearing is the same one from the Nike ad.

One of dozens, I'm betting, because it clearly spoke to the legions of SW fans who saw exactly what I did.

You? For some unfathomable reason, are pretending "It's just a NIKE campaign". I suspect simply to play the contrarian and or troll on the message board.

This has no effect on me, but my god, you look like an idiot trying to defend this.

Which I'm OK with.

I linked the campaign with dates and photos showing that the campaign is launched months before the photo of her in the shirt and the 6 women that launched it had nothing to do with star wars.

What more evidence do you need to see to conclude The Force is Female was not directed at Star Wars?

Why would Nike be launching a campaign aimed at star wars nerds when their goal was to sell shoes to women? Star wars fandom wasnt known as some untapped gold mine of females (especially ones that look like the girls in the campaign) . Your theory doesnt even make sense from a basic marketing perspective.

If you were trying to sell shoes to these girls

Why would you focus on star wars?

And if you were gonna focus on star wars, why wouldnt you mention it anywhere in the campaign?

Wrong again. KK had been using slogans like that along with “The Future is Female” at the Archer school film festival, where she and her husband Frank Marshall are trustees. As you can see in the pictures there are no Nike logos on KK or her friends shirts. 2, KKs husband, Frank Marshall has worked with Nike since 2011 and brought the idea for the slogan to them.

Why? Because they don't have to be so on the nose. They can just have KK wear their shirt while Star Wars movies are being released and everyone seeing "THE FORCE" will undeniably connect dots to KK, Daisy Ridley , and the whole 'women get it done' bullshite that was taking off in that time period.

Everyone, but Disney shills and you, clearly.

You are demented. One shirt has no logo, the other has a Nike Air logo in plan sight and you’re saying they’re the exact same lol.
