I think we are led to believe that she didn’t experience any time between her fight with Vader and Ezra pulling her through the doorway.
Edit: I just went back to the last episode we saw her and it’s definitely her in the temple. She must have stayed away to not interfere with Kanan’s sacrifice.

If you go back the episode of her and Vader fighting, you see her walk out of the temple at the end.

I think he is either killed by Vader, Palpatine or Thrawn. Or he sacrifices himself. I don't see him living. Because there has been no hints or anything that he could be in the current or past movies. Even on the fringe. Unless they somehow make him snoke. But I just don't see that as a possibility.

The temple you guys are referring to is the sith temple she was fighting vader in right? Not the temple that Ezra & Co. were outside with the mural of the father, son and daughter on it? The temple they showed her walking into looked like the sith temple they encountered on Malchor.

Watch "Twilight of the Apprentice" again. As Vader is limping out of the temple it zooms way in to show Ahsoka walking further in holding her left side.
