Have we ever seen an evil force ghost? It seems like becoming one with the light side of the force is a pre-requisite for force ghost riding the whip. On the other hand, it could be possible for some evil ancient sith lord to basically take on a new body.
Well, in the re-edited to shite versions I own on Blu-Ray they show Hayden Christensen at the end of Return of the Jedi alongside Obi-Wan and Yoda.
So I guess dark-side guys have the ghosts.

I found it telling that no one in my theater clapped, cheered, cried, or laughed at all during the movie.
I saw it in Dallas in a sold out Dolby theater at Northpark.
The theater broke out into applause like 10 times, I'm not kidding.
I wanted to shoot myself every single time.

It’s not like they didn’t show the battle taking a toll. He didn’t just die. He pushed himself too far and too close to the edge
I know, Padme lost the will to live too. Lucas was right. It’s like poetry.

I’ve seen it twice and both times the theater gave it a standing ovation. I guess it depends on the crowd makeup.

It’s amazing how upset you are. How much of your life has been lost by you not enjoying this movie?
I feel so sorry for you.

Luke has a full on saber battle, complete with force pushes to simulate a blade making contact, FROM ACROSS THE GALAXY: Meh.
It’s not like they didn’t show the battle taking a toll. He didn’t just die.
Full on saber battle? Hardly.
If he was going to die anyway, why not just actually show up to fight him? What was even the point of the hologram? Why rob the viewers of that death? And why did he continue to project the fake force dice in the base for 15 min after his death and why did Leia leave those behind? And why does the Fresh Prince know dice on the mirror is lame but Han Solo doesn't?

I know this is hard to accept, but there is no consensus on this movie. Sorry for how upset that makes you.

There is consensus right now at this moment for the first time ever between myself and Breesus
That consensus is you, cock commander, are an idiot.

Jesus this melt is worse than 1/9/12
Carry on. Don’t let me stop you from losing sleep over a movie.

Finn served no purpose but did Han Solo? He was a love interest but did he really add any value to the originals? I get that he was a white good guy but really other than being a wise arse what did he do?

A shaky alliance, but an alliance nonetheless.

Just kill him with no explanation and throw him away with no effort like Rian Johnson did to Snoke and Rey.
I wonder whatLawrence Kasdan
J. J. Abrams think about how Rian handled the characters they created

Seeing as they were in the same writing room before TFA really got off the ground, I can only assume they were well informed in advance.

If you loved the movie so much, explain how Poe is not an inadvertent antagonist to the resistance.
Explain how Force ghosts are now able to perform Thor level feats like reigning lightning from the heavens and how that doesn’t create an issue with every plot ever done and also going forward.
Explain why it was decided to smuggle a character driven film titled “find the code breaker” featuring the scooby doo gang into a plot driven film that did nothing but undermine the very character growth they were aiming for in their “find the code breaker” mini movie.
Explain why Luke, who is the Star Wars living embodiment of hope, was such a bitch quitter who essentially stated he was suicidal. And why, at the end, he killed himself after being a FaceTime hero when he apparently had the power to kill himself at any point over the years but did not.
Explain Finn and Roses’ purpose in the movie, why Finn has shown no character growth at all, and why they their story took up 33% of the film time.
Explain why the first order couldn’t track back in light speed and then light speed back in from of the resistance fleet and just annihilate them. It was like they were trying to recreate the movie Speed where the purple haired lady was Bullock and Poe was Reeves except it was slow, Dennis Hopper was played by a cartoon ginger, and the plot to stop the bus actually blew up the bus and everyone in it.
(From a friend) Why didn't they just put a droid on the main ship, evacuate everyone off of it, and do that hyperjump through the dreadnaught at the very beginning of the chase?
Explain why we care about the purple haired lady and why it couldn’t be Ackbar or Antilles other than the fact we arbitrarily needed someone Poe couldn’t trust to force him on his meaningless hijinks.
Explain why it was necessary for everyone but Poe to know the great actual plan other than they needed a way for him to Star in a scooby doo plot.
Explain Rose’s attempted murder of Finn, “dying” like she was in a spaghetti western, Finn leaving her there to die after she confessed her love (the biggest lulz of the movie to me) only to have a rando redshirt save her life.
As other posters have stated - explain how Chewie was relegated to an Uber Driver befriending baby penguin Mogwais and how Rey is nothing more than Joe Dirt in space.
Explain how we are to fear Kylo who, as a sith is pretty much a bitch, when he has done nothing but get is arse kicked in both films, while also seeing the supreme and pointless evil snoke die so easily.
What was Luke’s third lesson to Rey? How to go out like a bitch?
Explain why were Rey and Chewy randomly flying around looking for “life forms”? They were LITERALLY just in a freaking dog fight with life forms next to the door with a huge hole in it that led to a room full of life forms. Did the force make them forget 5 minutes in the past and unable to see billows of smoke in the horizon indicating the exact location of life forms?

I am sincerely glad some of you liked it. I wish I could have left the theatre with that satisfied feeling. But I felt the polar opposite.
I wanted to love it so bad. After sleeping on it I am even more confused than last night. When trying to analyse points throughout the movie I just keep asking myself why? None of it makes sense to me. I wish it wasnt like that.

I need a list of everyone who thinks this movie is good or for that matter decent, so I can ignore any comments they ever make about a movie in the future. They opinions when it comes to movies is utterly useless.
