You forgot 2 episodes of Isabella Rossellini. I know they were divorced at the time, but I’m sure Jack hit it at her prime.

I have no idea how I forgot Isabella Rossellini, she was one of my all-time favs back in the day.

Also, Emily Mortimer. She has that certain look that I like and she plays annoying well (Newsroom, 30 Rock).

Brendan Fraser's guest appearance on Scrubs is one of the best and most memorable in TV history.

And culminated with this sad, but terribly amazing moment:

Lol. Yeah man, I wasn't trying to correct you - but agreeing with you - it's one of the best ever, imo.

Mr. Kruger from Seinfeld was only 4 episodes, but included Happy Festivus, The Human Find, George’s T Bone nickname and sleeping with the cleaning lady.

Yakov

Although he only appeared in 5 episodes, as a kid growing up in the 80's, he was one of my favorites on Night Court

Speaking of Harry Anderson, I think an honorable mention has to go to his 6 appearances as "Harry the Hat" in Cheers.

Lead directly to Mork and Mindy.

That was a backdoor pilot, wasn't it? Same as Laverne and Shirley?

You're right, but the way Gary Marshall described it, Mork was a guest star in response to his kid wanting "Star Wars" on Happy Days, and Laverne & Shirley were just guest stars for an episode when someone on the production staff told him, "Look at those two on camera. That's a show right there."

Out of the Blue was a strange backdoor pilot in that they rushed it to series so fast that the pilot episode on Happy Days aired a week after the first episode of Out of the Blue aired.
