Do you watch them now? Will you?
I was/am terrified of the movie IT, but 'torture' myself and will watch it even though I know I will be scared shitless the next couple days to weeks.
When the reboot came out last year I HAD to see it even knowing I would be scared out of my mind. Still I always will watch it with someone if they haven't seen it. Anyone else 'torture' themselves like this?
Edit - Excorsist was another one, I will watch those religious ones, but they really got me as a kid. Though I'm not religious in a 'normal' sense - spiritual. Those movies get me bad still.

I still have a difficult time with the Wicked Witch of the West.
She's just still scary.
You can't traumatize kids that way.
I still turn away when the witch appears. Damn, she is just creepy evil as hell.

I will never watch Babes in Toyland again. F that movie.
I do watch and love Gremlins. It just wasn't a good movie to watch when I was 6.

I watched "Lady in White" a couple months ago and it still gives me the same creeped out feeling I had as a kid.

The mutant pig terrified me as a 5 year old and my cousins knew it.
So one would hold me down, the other would hold my eye lids open, and my sister would hit play on the VCR.
I have PTSD from a fricking comic book movie.

Legitimately the only thing that terrified me as a kid was the scene with the wolf in The Neverending Story.
I went downstairs and made my mom come watch that scene in the middle of her Bunko night. I’ll never forget it, I have never been that scared in my whole life.
I had already seen Friday the 13 and Child’s Play, neither of them had near the impact of that damn wolf.
But yes I have watched the movie since then, I want to show it to my son, it’s a great movie and it wouldn’t be fair not to show him.

My best friend just showed his kid Neverending Story, he is only 5, but said he thinks he scarred his kid because of that wolf too. Scared the little guy half to death.

Our crew team in high school used to run up and down those stairs every day. After seeing the exorcist I don't know how you could do it. Not even for the "creepiness" but just the image of falling and absolutely busting your arse.
